Piercings!!!!

I used to have 2 piercings in my ears but they closed. I really want a belly ring and possibly an eyebrow.

I haven't gotten anything pierced, but I want to get it done on my ears. Does it hurt or anything?

Ears...as in lobes? Nope. You feel a pinch and a sting, but it's not gonna make you cry and squeal. The ear lobe piercings don't hurt much because the lobes are really soft. Your eyes might water a tiny bit, but that's just a natural body reaction to a sting. It really doesn't hurt at all.

And there's apparently very few nerves in the ear lobe, but higher up there's more.

I got it done TODAY!!!!!!!! You were all so right, it pinched for a second, but that was it! The docter accidentally got a piece of plastic caught in the hole though, and they had to take it out. Other than that, it was fine. I think it looks really nice now.

And as for the future, can you say "belly button piercing"?

Aww congrats! I'm glad it went well and that you're happy!

Belly button ones...my cousin has that. She had a VERY hard time 'cause she couldn't wear high jeans or tight shirts with that. Navel rings are meant to be shown, so you really can't cover it as it heals. Be sure to wear stretchable pants lower than your navel until it heals up. Careful when you sit, and don't sleep on your tummy. Clean the wound and make sure your clothes are clean if you get one. It's trickier than ears and takes longer to heal.

I heard getting your chin pierced looks awesome, but I've never seen it before. Anybody ever had experience with that?

Chin? Never seen that also. For some reason, it makes me think of those red things on a rooster
