The only real problem I had with the movie was that it was too short. Oh well, when you use stop motion like that, there's only so much time you can have to tell the story. Know that scene where Emily is frolicking about in the woods after they've been allowed to go "upstairs" and she has her gown and veil all flowing behind her? That had to be one of the hardest scenes to make, with all that drapery floating about.
I also like the scene where that maggot that looks like Peter Lorre and the black widow spider are singing a song for Emily. A little send up of the cuddly animal friends seen in the Disney movies, I suppose.

I just saw it recently with a bunch of my friends... and there were a TON of puns in it. But it was really good, yet a little short, in my opinion...
But of course, everything Tim Burton does is superfantastic.

Haven't seen it yet as I'm pretty sure it hasn't been released here yet.
But it looks pretty cool so I'm gonna try to get my friend to see it with me

I thought the movie had a great story and I liked it a lot.....but it was so short! Was it even an hour long?

I was sitting here wondering why you all said it was short...then I realized that I had pneumonia when I went to see it, and was coughing a lot, undoubtedly relieved when it was over and I could stop interrupting everyone.
