Well like the title says, what are some songs that make you cry?

"Bang Bang - Nancy Sinatra
"Hate Me" - Blue October
"Vindicated" - Dashboard Confessional
"The Real Folk Blues" - Yamadera Kouichi
"American Pie" - Don McClean

These don't really make me cry per say but I always feel really sad or blue when I hear them. The first time I heard "The Scientist" made my eye's well up a little though xD.

Lots of Elliot Smith songs are really sad sounding because he has such a gloomy voice.

I do get sad when I hear "My heart well go on" by Celine Dion, but I cry my eyes out when its play at the end of "Titanic"

Its such a sad song...to me at least.

The song at the end of "The Land Before Time" I actaully cry almost every time I hear it. Its so sad xD, mixed with the little ending flashback they have.

I sometimes cry at the end of movies, just because of the song that is played and how it deals with the movie...I do remember when I was little I did cry when I watched the ending of "Land before Time" Lol...I also get sad when I'm watching a t.v show or anime, cause they always seem to play sad songs on a very important and dramatic part. It sounds like I'm a very emotional person, huh? Lol! ^_^

Five for Fighting songs are always sad...I cry every time I hear "You raise me up". I'm gald you agree with me with the song that make you cry. I think anyone would cry if the heared the 911 tribute, I feel so sorry for the little girl

These songs just about always make me cry, especially if I've had a bad day.

Lullaby(Goodnight My Angel)-Billy Joel
-Whenever I hear this song I am instantly reminded of my father. He used to sing this a lot to me when I was younger, especially when he was shipping out to sea.
Iris-Goo Goo Dolls
-When I was younger and this first came out, it didn't have a lot of meaning for me, but as I grew older and fell in love with someone... Well, things changed. I hid it for a long time and this song always related to me easily.
Don't Take the Girl-Tim McGraw
-Just a sad, sweet song. I can't help but give in to the tears.
Everything-Lifehouse
-Typical sappy love song. Can't help that it reminds me of my boyfriend, even if it was supposed to be about God or whatever.
Far Away-Nickelback
-What mainly does this for me is the video. Nickelback in general tends to make me cry when I listen to them and this video made it worse. I swear I hear this everytime I go travelling and I cry like crazy because I'm leaving the people I love behind.

Buckcherry - Sorry (it reminds me of spring break...long story)
Its the only one I can think of but it came on the radio one time and my mom got mad cuz I changed the station without permission. So she changed it back and I was trying hard not to cry.
