youtube advertizment -

I have a suggestion for the forum! :3
in the entertainment forum and in the sub forum "cool videos" there should be a sticky were people can post they're youtube cannels to advertise them :] good idea?  avi-me

Advertising isn't allowed on this board, period; you want to advertise a YouTube channel, you can do it in your sig, but if you have videos that are inappropriate for younger viewers I wouldn't be surprised if you're asked to take the link out.

That's right. If you want to have the link in your sig, that's fine, but we're not going to allow people to advertise on here. It's basically the thin end of the wedge; we already have enough trouble with people signing up to post their ads, we don't want to encourage more.

oh I see. I just thought it wouldn't be such a bad idea because there is a section for advertising clubs and cliques so I thought why not youtube channels??

Clubs and cliques are allowed to be advertised in that one thread because it is a section of the site. Youtube channels are not and quite frankly they often attract strange sorts who girls do not need to be associating with.
