I have a friend thats younger than me and he told me he likes me (like like) and I just moved and he's gotten all clingy and when I don't want to do something he wants to do,he says "you're not a true friend" I know I'm kind of young but still Help??

Just tell him you're not comfortable being anything more than friends and if he was a true friend, he would understand and back off. Hopefully that will get it through his head, but if not I think you should minimize your contact with him until he stops being all clingy and trying to guilt trip you.

I agree with Silver_Wolf_Kitty. I had this exact same problem, and now the kid is in my class ._.' He still hasn't backed off...and we're not really friends now, but it's not horrible. I just stay away from him...
