i know the title might make you think it is not the good place for this thread but believe me it is ! ! !

anyway we are 10 (keep that in mind) in my best friend`s birthday there were like these three boys i dont know they were like 10-12 so yeah.
and when we actually got to school she told me that she loved these three boys and they said to her that they like her and they told her that they were romeo and she is (i cant spell the girls name)
anyway
we all told her to stop that i mean we are 10 but she still kept them in her mind
please help.

Woaaah. O_o You need to either talk or smack some sense into your friend! She's TEN! She shouldn't even be thinking about dating even ONE guy, let alone THREE. Seriously, tell her she needs to focus on being a KID. In case she doesn't know what that means, tell her the fun things you guys do while she's sitting there going gaga over boys.

we try to drive her away from talking
about those..............boys,that took over my freinds mind
but she keeps coming back to the subject
i just hate them.

Then don't be friends with her. Simple as that. She might come to her senses when she sees that her stupid behaviour is driving her friends away.

Oh, when I was 11, I had a friend the year below me (so 10) who was all gaga over boys. She even got herself a boyfriend who she used to gloat about going out with and who snuck over to our cabin after lights out on camp and she'd take off with him (we checked on her a few times, they just sat on a log and talked)

Really, I think you can just try your best to help her realise that you're only 10. Maybe she'll be more receptive than the girl I knew.

Well, sometimes you have to let friends go, what if you take after her actions? Do you really want that?
She is way too young to be even thinking about boys. What's with all these young girls who think they are so mature? I guess it's not just the boys nowadays.

Look, you need to ignore her. Talk to her, and if she says she loves them again, just leave. Somebody needs to tell her that 10 year olds are simply children and are not ready for love. Enjoy your childhood and all that jazz. I agree with Miranda. So what if she's your best friend? People change. People MOVE ON. If you still hang out with her, she's going to think that nobody thinks anything wrong about what she's doing. If she's a true friend, she'll forget about those boys and apologise to you for being so blind.

If she blows you off to talk about boys every five seconds, yes, i agree with them.

However, back in seventh grade, ym best friend had a crush on this guy, and every other word was about his eyes, or his hair, or something. We'd all groan and tell her to stop, and she'd get all apologetic; she actually didn't mean to be that way. In fact, now she looks back at her diary and laughs at herself and how smitten she was with this jerk of a guy.

So, really, it all depends on the details of the situation; is she being really rude with how she brings the men up? Does she talk about dating all three at once? Has she changed to seem superficial at all?

I'm not sure exactly what this girl's like, so I can't decide if she's actually abandoning you and your friends for boys, or if she's like my friend was; super hormone-charged during puberty.
