Hi all.

When my contest ends, I've heard that the winners will get doll points. Is this true? I selected the '3 winners' option. Does this mean all 3 winners get them?
And is there a set number of doll points for every contest or is it based on ratings, clicks, etc.?

As I've never done contests, I can't answer the full question, but I think the 3 Winners option does mean 3 winners get them.

I think peopel have ot pay to get into the contest so thats where the dollpoints come from.

you first pay to enter into the contest and the points used for it acts as the prize and yes it does mean the three ppl win

I thought you only pay dollpoints to enter fashion shows, not contests.

I am pretty sure that you do not get dollpoints for winning contests.That is only if the owner posts it in the contests description,then sends you the dollpoints somehow.You do not have to pay to enter contests,it is free to premium and non premium users,but only premium members can create contests.

I just looked it up on the FAQ page. This is exactly what it says:

"Doll points are automatically rewarded to contest winners. The contest creator may choose to also reward a prize of some sort, such as a graphic reward."

So if you choose 3 winners when you create a contest, the 3 highest ranked or most clicked dolls will win points. The user who creates a contest cannot give the winners points.

But some people post in their contest descriptions: winner gets 100 dollpoints! Which they probably only get so people will post their dolls that they will most likely steal because they cannot give out dollpoints.
