I would really like to know how jessica (the owner of the doll palace) have an avatar chat , if she pay to get it or it have a web site to do our own avatar chat..

The Doll Chat was specially designed for this site by the designers here. I suggest you try googling chat systems since you probably can find something similar to use.

It's in an HTML form, but I don't really know how you get your avatar on there.
I viewed the source and I couldn't make anything of it. x.x
