Janelle wok up and went downstairs. She was surprised to see Heather up so early. "Hey, good morning." She said, making herself a bowl of cereal as well.
The girl looked up and smiled upon seeing Torie. She scooted over so Torie could sit.
"Sasha, Daniel, Nathan, pleasure to finally met you." Torie said, sitting down.
"Likewise, Torie. It's an honor to meet with you." Nathan replied. He reminded Torie of Greg. Nathan had the cute dorky glasses and sported a vest with khaki pants.
Daniel nodded. "Yes, sorry it had to be in a rougher part of town but the cops eyes won't be on as much. I don't know what the police are like in the Windy City but here...they aren't so tolerant of the resistance. We've had to cancel many rallies and protests due to police and public threats. We have one of the highest death rates in America...people aren't so ok with getting rid of the Program." Daniel had pretty blue eyes and pale blonde hair with a tanned body. He was also a model by trade.
Sasha blushed. "How do you do it? Run the resistance, go to high school, and carry a relationship?"
Torie smiled. "Easily. You just do. There really isn't any secret weapon or describable way. You just go with the flow and take the punches. Now, let's talk business." She replied, as they began to talk about up coming rallies, protests, and ways of distributing the information to other groups in their state as well as others.
Amber was up and dressed in a simple black dress. Lacey had opted for a pair of black slacks with a white button up shirt.
Being single doesn't make you weak, it means that you are strong enough to be on your own; Being alone could be a good thing, because there is no drama involved in your life, no pain, and free to do what ever you want. Life is too short to be chasing those who aren't even worth fighting for, you are worth more than that.
