I made the mistake a few months ago of switching to Generess; it's a chewable that is supposed to knock your period down to a few days. I liked it enough, but it was a free trial. The actual cost? $70 dollars; that was after my insurance. I proceeded to call my doctor's office and they tried to say I had to come back in for an appointment to change the prescription and I told them "Sc'rew you, I work all week, you put me on a medicine that I can't afford. Switch. It. Back."
Was put back on Ortho-Tricyclen-Lo after two weeks of arguing with them. Two weeks of misery, spotting, and cramps. ;_;
I will say this though, after I was put back on the OTL, I've had a lighter flow. Still seven days, though now it feels more like five as a result.
High dive into frozen waves where the past comes back to life. Fight fear for the selfish pain;
It was worth it every time. Hold still right before we crash 'cause we both know how this ends.
A clock ticks 'til it breaks your glass and I drown in you again,
'Cause you are the piece of me I wish I didn't need. Chasing relentlessly, still fight and I don't know why!
If our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy? If our love's insanity, why are you my clarity?
