My CC is that the whip cream on top looks like it's behind her head and not on it. Also, the red part near the bottom of the skirt looks pillowy? It would look better with less contrast - that palette has too much in comparison to the rest of the doll, which is why I think the shading looks somewhat off.

I'm pretty sure the red part is supposed to be pillowy, it's globs of jam.
The jam was my favorite part.
