I love the darker outline because that's how I always do mine... Sometimes I am tempted to make all the outlines of the doll black because I think it looks much more anime/cartoon, which is generally more my style than realism anyway. ^_^
Cute doll, talk about a short skirt! The only CC I have is that I wish that skirt was longer.
