Keep the bow, it adds just that little extra touch, Cute doll by the way, nice and simple.
I know that I have mentioned this before but I still feel that the outline hair colour is way too harsh in contrast to the rest of the hair, it is the same colour as the roots which are usually the darkest part of ther hair.
