I don't think there is such thing as a personality test without major downfalls; they are all very subjective. However, I think the Meyers-Briggs is the most widely accepted. We did an exercise in one of my classes that made us all seem really dumb because it was testing us on something we knew nothing about, because it was based on common knowledge in India or something. Psych is very subjective, and people will stretch their results to match their own lives; it's why fortune telling works. But all that aside, yeah, I think it's about as accurate as it can be, and certainly more so than other tests out there like the Rorschach (inkblot) test.
