Victor had come back from meeting Ari in a much better mood. Ari had shown him how to use a bow and arrows, and he'd found that he had a real talent for it. The cheetah had, after instructing Victor, said that he could use his power to compensate for lack of strength and after he'd filled out a bit, to use to hone his aim. After shooting several bullseyes, Victor had felt a lot better about himself and had eagerly agreed to meet Ari the next day for another practice.
