The girl turned. "We know that weird creatures like in The Thing don't really exist, tho," she said. "What are the odds of something like that appearing, anyway?"
"I've seen on the internet that they're remaking a lot of the classic horror movies," the boy said, eagerly. "And they'll be in 3D, too!"
3D movies now were a lot different to how they were back in the old days. Now tho, the technology had advanced considerably so instead of putting on a pair of glasses, you put on a headset which made you feel as tho you were actually in the movie, watching the events happening from the street or thru a window.
The internet was different as well; again, a person put on a headset which transported them to different places that they could see for themselves, rather than simply thru the medium of a computer screen.
