My doctor when I was in middle school put me on this stuff called Duac; it's an external medication and basically was like proactive - except it bloody WORKED. To this day I have not had much trouble with acne; think I used it for about three months in sixth grade. Sounds like one of those ridiculous and dumb miracle ads doesn't it
But it did work, and my brother uses it too.
One you should not use: Accutane. There are so many problems with this medication, it is unbelievable. Side effects range from suicidal depression to requiring the removal of a large chunk of your large intestine due to scarring.
