Ok guys! I've been instructed to run the next contest. So the theme for this one is Decades! Create a doll that portrays a decade from the 1920's to the 1990's. Make sure you indicate which decade you are intending to portray. Of course glitters/backgrounds/any maker is welcome. I'm not going to be super strict so just be creative!
