Michelle's mother Daphne wasn't there either; she still had another hour to work at her job in the Magical Menagerie.
Nashira waved goodbye to Wendy as she ran to her parents; her mother hugged her and her father took care of Nashira's trunk and cat carrier.
Michelle walked over to Wendy. "Would you like to stick with me for a while?" she asked. "We could go and get a sundae at the ice cream place, while I wait for Mum to finish work."
