Honestly, all I can think of is Hot Topic. I know a few people who go there for dances and things.
If that doesn't help, I would also suggest looking at Deb's. Sometimes they have good dresses. Or, alternatively, go online and look at Hell Bunny dresses. They're expensive but great.
