The hair on the second one is really nice. I think it should be rounded a little more at the top of the head, but the shading and the loose hairs look great.
A helpful thing for you to do in general is practice making smoother lines. It takes a little more time, but making smoother edges can really improve any pixel art.
You're improving leaps and bounds, Kira! =D That last doll is very impressive.
