Castiel put a hand over Diego's forehead - not touching it, rather hovering - and it glowed very lightly. This however put a lot of strain on Castiel and it was clear in her face, and the angel literally collapsed as the headache was healed. Fern barely caught her before she hit the floor. Cas had realized that as her powers were diminished severely, all she'd been able to do was take on the migraine. O_o
