This is Rosette de Lacroix, a halfbreed of Sioux and Spaniard, after one of her famous bar fights. A dancer and pr*stitute by choice, "The Dusky Rose" loves her risky life and revels in being defiant and boisterous. However, she always had a soft spot for Jesie, who at the time was an awkward, gangly girl, and the two were nigh inseparable.

She took the last name of the bar owner, her own last name sounding boring - Rosette Thundermaw wasn't attractive at all.
