This is better than a lot of first attempts or returns attempts I see. ^^
A few tips, though; the hair is very blocky; it looks like you started out with the darkest shade and blocked in lights. I would instead recommend starting with a middle shade and working outward... also, the hair was small highlights to represent shine, and everybody likes shiny hair. ^^
