if you're so sure it's nerves, If you have the opportunity, you should just take a day to completely RELAX. Pop on your favorite movie, take a bubble bath, and maybe even write out how you're feeling in a journal. I know that really helped me when I was going through some very high stress situations (believe me, my childhood was pretty messed up).Try to hang in there, my prayers will be with you that you can handle it and that you aren't ill.
