I edited your doll so it shows as an image; that's better to do, cuz it means that we can look at it when we post cc.
Firstly, your doll is gif-eaten; you MUST save the doll as a .png, cuz otherwise the dreaded gif monster will attack your doll and make it dotted. Also, you forgot base credit; you must post that with every doll you make.
Your shading is a little better, tho it's still looking a bit pillowy. It might be better to doll on a smaller base, cuz it's easier to do for first time dollers than to use a large one. The hair is too straight up and down; it needs to be more curved, as real hair rarely goes straight like that. The jeans look painted on; it would be better to draw them away from the base line. But your dolls are improving; no-one dolls perfectly straight away, after all, and if you look at the first page of my doll thread you will certainly see that mine weren't up to much at all.
