When I first started eating steak I ate them well done. I was afraid of getting sick. Then I met my husband and he too ate them well done. He can't stand the thought of pink meat, none the less red. After we got married his father would have us over for steaks and he got me to try a medium steak. Omfg, I loved it! I can't really stand to have it any less done, the blood would get to my stomach I'm sure. But it's definitely MUCH more delectable, moist, and tender the less cooked it is. There is one thing I miss about well done steaks though, and that's the uber good black crispies. xD

But that's only with steak. ANY other meat, especially burgers, have to be well done. It just freaks me out otherwise. *shrugs*

Every time father in law grills for us he recites what he's making: medium rare for him, medium for me, and burnt for Aaron xD
