Maybe you should do your research before you post something that absurd, because you sound really ignorant and unintelligent. According to the LPA (Little People of America) dwarfism is defined as a "medical or genetic condition that usually results in an adult height of 4'10" or shorter, among both men and women, although in some cases a person with a dwarfing condition may be slightly taller than that." And also says that the average height for midgets/dwarfs/etc. is around 2'8"-4'8".
5'6" is an average height, it's not short, and not considered an elf. Seriously.
I'm finally 5'0", & I'm happy with my height, becuase it means I can work at Disney as Tinkerbell or one of her fairies, because you have to be between 4'10" and 5'2". ;D
