Next quarter I've got American Regional Cuisine from 1-6 in the afternoon on Mondays and Tuesdays; Tuesday and Thursday mornings I've got math from 10-12 AM. Wednesday, my only class (English) is from 6-9 in the evening. Friday is my Purchasing and Product ID class from 8 to 12; I'm thinking about switching the teachers though since I can't really afford the book for awhile and the other chef who teaches it doesn't care about the book.
EDIT: Woops, almost put 8-12 for my math classes! Holy cow, that would be terrible.
