I like the shoes and the hair. The braids are pretty good, although they look a little segmented. The skirt could use work, you're right. A skirt like that would have creases too; the creases would run across the ridges or whatever you call them, especially at the top, near the belt line. The top is good, although it should have more wrinkles near the neck opening and under the *******.
