One thing that I swear by is garlic. It helps clear out your nose; plus, it's healthy for you. A bit spicy, yes, but it's healthy. You can add it to something you're eating, or you can eat the cloves straight up.
Note: Eating the cloves raw is more beneficial, as cooking them leaches some of the nutrients away. Also, the smaller the cloves, the more powerful the hotness is; the bigger they are, the more mellow the flavor.
What you choose to do with it is up to you; but believe me, it'll help clear your sinuses and nose. Just have some tissues ready to blow your nose though; your nose'll REALLY run.
