You could try the "New Posts" or "Search" options at the top to find it. Unless you know specifically who posted it, because then you can look at their profile and examine their recent posts through the link on it. Please be aware that posts and topics are removed constantly that are spam or break the rules, so its possible you won't be able to find it again.
