It's been a looooooooooooong time since I've posted in here! XD When I saw that base, it just begged me to edit her face and do this doll. XD I got all excited... and, yet, the skirt is TERRIBLE! GAH! Especially the inside of the skirt, it looks balloon-like. Eww.
