Yeah. O_o It had been cordoned off, and the adjoining cell had had its inmate removed to another, intact cell.
This new one had a bowl of water and a bucket shoved in it, before Silver was dragged in. The trank had knocked him completely out.
The superior officer was now willing to try anything to contain the beast; she was seriously going to ask her relief to raise the silver issue at the press conference as a matter of urgency.
