Wow, great doll! You've really improved since I was here last!
A bit of CC (though I shouldn't even be giving you any -.-): The bottom of the hair looks like you made it a straight line then added the strands in. I can also barely tell the shirts shaded D: Try using a more contrasting palette. But, light colours are EVIL, as I have found out on the doll I'm working on Dx
Anywho, I adore the skirt and shoes
