Well, my father's corned beef and cabbage for special occasions, but I really love my boyfriend's cheese quesadillas regularly. He makes them for me when I'm tired(which I am a lot because of my health) and he always gets them so perfect. A close second would be his grilled cheese. I love the nice crispness of the bread, the butter, the nice taste of melted cheese. Its just all so perfect!
