The crewmember fumbled with a video player and put in the video.
The screen flickered then focoused.
It showed a man, maybe in his late thirties or early forties. He was sitting down, his lower half hidden from view. He had a hunted look on his face and his eyes were red like he had been crying. He had black hair and blue eyes.
"Captain Alvin Nemo, my name is Christoper Felznick. I used to worked for Patel & Forrens Solicitors in Nevada. You can run a background check if you want. I don't expect you to trust me.
"I do very dangerous work. I gather information. And I have information you may need. Important informations. Names of Malus leaders, locations of bases and homes. And the location of someone who recently defected from your group.
An address appeared, staying for a minute then faded back to him.
"I couldn't send the information itself. It could have been intercepted. As it is this tape itself could have been. That's why you must meet me promptly, as I am moving to a new location very soon. The place is far out of the way, I know. I have to try avoid being seen.
"Bring a few people with you, but only a few. Too large a group will attract attention from those who wish to find me. Don't bring Azhdeha. He's too distinctive and I have anti-psychic wards that may attack him. They wouldn't do anything to him, but he might kill me in retaliation." The man said, then smiled nervously, "That and he terrifies me."
He straightened up.
"That's all then. I'll be here for the next two days, then I have to go. I think they're on to me anyway so I can't hold on for much longer."
The screen went blank.
"Without heroes we are all plain people and don't know how far we can go."
