So I've said it before, that the Personal Makers sometimes won't work, like it won't let us upload items saying it "couldn't move file to final destination" well, SOMETIMES it would let me upload one item if I cleared out my history and cookies. I don't know if that's helpful information or not, but I thought I'd let Support know...
Good luck on fixing it, we're all DYING to have the site working again.
