The leggings/stockings look like they are one color, next time, try shading them. ^^

Since her hair is blue, wouldn't she have her eyebrows recolored as well? If you do decide to re-do the eyebrows, make them in a darker palette.

On the dress the lightest green color is most definatley too bright. But, you are for sure getting somewhere with the hair ^^
