BRAT diet maybe? That's what my entire family does when someone is sick.
Toast (no butter)
If you have, say, toast, have one piece, and if you don't throw up or have any problems for an hour, try another piece of toast, or some rice. You get the idea.
Also, sprite. Open a can and put it in a cup with ice, then let it sit in the fridge and let it go flat. It helps your stomach.
