You made a very common mistake of thinking black doesn't need shading. Black clothes have just as much shading as regular clothes, its just sometimes hard to see. That said, the print on your shirt would also be shaded along with the shirt. You should look at how this is done on some finished dolls, it'll give you an idea about what I am talking about. Also, hair is not chunky like that. Look at your own hair in the mirror. Play with it, look at how it falls and where the highlights are. On the bright side, you have a really nicely detailed doll on your hands that can be improved with some hard work.
