I didn't enter any of the previous concerts but I'm thinking about entering this one. How do you rotate a base, though? I know that a long time ago (or it might have been recently, I just remember seeing it) you did one Hayley that was two dolls back to back and I loved the bases. Anyways....if I do enter and someone does the same opposites as me (I'm thinking about anger and love or sunset and sunrise, although the second would be hard without photoshop...) am I still qualified to place? Thanks.
