It depends on what it is and where it's from. Like if I go to the local steak house I usually get my steak done medium because they tend to overcook the steak. But if I go to Red Robin I get it medium well because that's how the cook it. Pink or no pink.
But if I go some place I have never been before I get it done medium well. I would rather eat my meat like rubber then get sick from it being under cooked.
