You should probally tell His and your mom. He shouldn't be treating you this way. You have the right to stand up for yourself in fact. This sounds like my cousions. When one of them (The older one to be exact) Says "I'm not your friend anymore" (Yes it's very annoying) The thing is to just half ingore him. and half stand up for yourself. Think of his personality.

If he trys threating you then you should definley tell His mom. He has No right to treat you that way. If he has anger problems (If...) or he's sensative, i could help out more.
