You didn't make the shirt, did you? At least not the style. I've seen a top exactly like that, on that same base, but in green. Pity I can't find it now. -.-
The roots need to be much darker. I think I've told people this a zillion and one times now, "The Shading Must Match The Base." The base you used had a dark outline, so the hair should too.
Also, the hair looks attached to the base. Like it's incredibly thin and flat on the scalp. Hair should have a bit more volume. As should everything else, of course.
The hair shading looks nice though. However, it could use more contrast.
