Well, I don't know about the power ranger one even though I'd really like to find it but this is regarding the carebear maker. I didn't find a doll maker for it, but if you have your own site with your own dollmaker, it's really quite easy to make the prop. What I did is I took a carebear prop from my dollmaker, and just made a hole in the head. And voila! Carebear suit!
Here's how it turned out. Of course, it might be too big but it's worth a try.
