I'm wondering if what could be happening is the site goes through regular maintenance, so it might be loading when it does that and does not go through properly. Just an idea though since your times coincide with what would be maintenance times.

Yes, everyone should also put down their time zone. The reason I want people to note the time is it'll help us know if it is an individualized, random problem or a site wide problem that is happening all at once.
