You shouldn't save dolls as JPEG; save them as png first then go to a place like iaza.com to transparentise and/or convert to gif.

Now for CC. The clothes are still pillow shaded and the hair doesn't have recognisable strands in it. You also seem to be shading along the base; no-one has clothes that tight. You should also have a few folds and wrinkles in the clothes. Best to look at a few good tuts; Watermelon Bubblegum has some, and Xandorra has a link to a whole lot at her site. Stick with the tuts til you're confident enough to draw without them, then it's pretty much just practice. ^^
