There are NO payphones in my school; they were disconnected last year, and officially taken out of the walls this year. In any case, the only time you could use them was lunch time, and even then you could barely talk to anyone on it because of how freakin' loud it was. Also, one of the secretaries at my school is extremely obnoxious about who leaves and stays, and she told my mother last week that if I missed anymore days of school by being sick, I'd need a doctor's slip; you need those ONLY IF YOU MISS FIVE OR MORE DAYS OF SCHOOL IN A ROW. Which I have never done, not since elementary school. wtf.
I usually try to go to the second-floor office, but she'll either direct me to the aforementioned secretary or the nurse, who will direct me to the secretary.
I don't have a cell phone, which majorly stinks if something ever happens at school and I can't get home by bus.
