It is for sure pushed on by society and family really.
Cause we associate more feminine things like Pink and barbies with young girls and toy trucks and blue with boys which is true its not always the case.

I really hate when for example my father would get mad at my nephew playing with a barbie cause its a " girl toy" . well yes it was made for girls but I am pretty sure the toy company could care less on who is playing with them as long as they are making money .

I totally disagree with how society does this to our younger generation possibly helping create people who become homophobic . I myself love fixing cars and I wear make up and I like pink and blue. I love getting muddy and I am not the type to be wearing a dress . Society is horrible in that manner of creating a designated way for a male and female to look and act a particular way .
